About Us
Summit Seeker is an Australian-owned business selling 4WD accessories and camping equipment. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Fitment Responsibility
It is your responsibility to confirm that any product you order is compatible with your vehicle, roof rack, and rack system before purchasing. We provide fitment guidance in our product descriptions and are happy to assist via email at summitseekeroffroad@gmail.com before you order. We are not liable for products that are incompatible with your vehicle or rack where fitment information was available or could have been confirmed before purchase.
Dynamic roof load ratings are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Always verify your vehicle's dynamic roof load rating before installing a rooftop tent or awning. Summit Seeker does not accept liability for damage to vehicles, racks, or third parties arising from improper installation or use of products beyond their rated load capacity.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a pricing error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and offer a refund. We will contact you before cancelling.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe an order is fraudulent.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.
Installation
Installation of rooftop tents, awnings, and rack systems should be carried out by a competent person familiar with the requirements. Summit Seeker does not offer installation services. We provide installation guidance in our product documentation. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from incorrect installation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Seeker's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a product or order is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Summit Seeker and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
