24-Month Warranty

Every Summit Seeker product is backed by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. We’re based in Grafton, NSW — you deal with us directly, not an overseas inbox or third-party claims process.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Structural failures under normal use
• Canvas seam failures and waterproofing defects
• Gas strut failure under normal operation

What’s Not Covered

• Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from exceeding weight ratings
• Damage from failure to torque mount bolts correctly

How to Claim

Email summitseekeroffroad@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. We respond within one business day. Most claims are resolved with a replacement part at no cost.

No registration required. Your order confirmation email is your proof of purchase.
