Shipping Policy
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding NSW public holidays. In-stock orders placed before 2:00pm AEST are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends dispatch the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse in Grafton, NSW.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via Australia Post and freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Small accessories ship via Australia Post with standard tracked parcel service. Rooftop tents, awnings, and other oversized items ship via road freight.
Rooftop Tents and Awnings — Freight Requirements
Rooftop tents and awnings are oversized items and ship via road freight. Standard delivery is to a commercial address with forklift or loading dock access. If you require delivery to a residential address, please contact us before placing your order at summitseekeroffroad@gmail.com — residential delivery is available in most areas but may incur an additional freight surcharge and requires confirmation of access.
Freight carriers will contact you to arrange a delivery window. Someone must be present to accept delivery of oversized items. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts where no one is available to receive the goods.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch:
- NSW metro: 1–3 business days
- NSW regional: 2–5 business days
- VIC, QLD, SA, ACT: 3–7 business days
- WA, NT, TAS: 5–10 business days
- Remote areas: additional time may apply
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. We do not offer free shipping. For oversized freight items, a shipping quote will be provided before your order is finalised if standard checkout rates do not apply to your area.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. For freight deliveries, tracking may be less granular than standard parcel tracking.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, photograph the damage and the packaging before moving or unpacking the item further, and contact us at summitseekeroffroad@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
